Character Education

Character education classes help build the character and self-esteem of all students while encouraging them to make safe and healthy choices. These lessons support the positive behaviors that are being encouraged throughout the school through our PBIS program. Character education lessons help students to improve social skills, classroom behavior, and academic skills. Every month we have a new character trait that we focus on as a school. Ms. Mitchell teaches lessons to Kindergarten, 1st grade, & 2nd grade. Miss Sykes teaches lessons to 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade & Exceptional Children classes.
